Marketing Specialist – Client Delivery & Coordination

About the role

Everbrave is looking for a Marketing Specialist who blends marketing execution with strong coordination skills to ensure client projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work across brand, marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives, fostering collaboration and building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client deliverables across the agency, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
• Act as a communication hub, maintaining alignment and trust between clients, internal teams, and contractors throughout project execution.
• Develop and maintain clear task plans, schedules, and timelines for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor task budgets and oversee administrative tasks such as tracking expenses, contractor fees, and preparing invoices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including designers, writers, and HubSpot specialists, to execute marketing campaigns.
• Support marketing implementation, including setting up email campaigns, managing website and blog content, and executing campaign tactics.
• Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEM platforms to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure quality control by proofreading and refining content and marketing materials.
