Marketing Operating Model and Process Design Manager

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a senior manager to lead the design of operating models and processes that enable marketing functions to deliver relevance and readiness at scale. You will work within the Marketing Advisory practice, partnering with CMOs to translate strategic ambition into actionable transformation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement operating model frameworks that align marketing strategy with execution capabilities.
• Design end‑to‑end marketing processes, governance structures, and measurement systems.
• Guide clients on data, AI, and technology enablement to support rapid, scalable marketing delivery.
• Develop transformation roadmaps that integrate brand strategy, customer insight, content ecosystems, and creator/community influence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology and analytics.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consulting experience in marketing transformation or advisory.
• Proven ability to work with C‑level marketing leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of brand relevance, customer insight, and the evolving choice landscape.
• Experience delivering operating model design, governance, and process improvement at enterprise scale.
