Marketing Manager – Streaming Brands

About the role

Paramount Streaming is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand and title campaigns across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of marketing strategies, analyse performance data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for one or multiple streaming projects.
• Review consumer insights and competitive intelligence, set KPIs and adjust tactics.
• Analyse campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for creative, targeting and channel decisions.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow for brand campaigns, coordinating with Creative, Social, PR, Performance Marketing, Media, Partner Marketing, Content, Insights & Research and external agencies.
• Own media planning and execution on in‑house platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit and YouTube.
• Prepare post‑campaign analysis, share learnings and inform future strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Direct Response and CRM teams to ensure cohesive consumer touchpoints.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital or streaming environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analysis protocols and KPI setting.
• Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
