Marketing Manager – Partner Solutions & Resale

About the role

SaskTel is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Partner Solutions & Resale initiatives across multiple Saskatchewan locations. You will be part of the Business Solutions Marketing management team, shaping product strategy, market entry, and partner relationships for business services.

Key responsibilities

• Own product portfolio performance, including revenue, subscriber growth, profitability, expense, inventory, budgeting and forecasting.
• Define and communicate the overall value proposition, target market, competitive advantage and success metrics for business services.
• Develop product and pricing information, training materials and sales enablement content that align with the SaskTel Brand Promise.
• Drive long‑term health of the portfolio through new product/service development and enhancements.
• Apply launch‑management best practices to introduce new offerings while minimizing risk.
• Negotiate and manage third‑party relationships to protect SaskTel’s interests.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, adjusting tactics to counter threats.
• Design the ideal customer experience and streamline processes to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure products comply with policies, regulations and privacy requirements.
• Develop business cases for strategic opportunities, covering financial, operational and partnership aspects.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in product portfolio management and business service marketing.
• Strong understanding of partner and channel management within a telecom or technology environment.
• Proven ability to create and deliver value‑proposition messaging and sales training.
• Experience developing business cases and financial forecasts.
