Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President & General Manager and leads Canada‑wide marketing initiatives. The focus is on generating qualified leads, driving digital marketing performance, and supporting customer acquisition for a fast‑growing B2B company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation and revenue‑growth strategies across Canada.
• Manage paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and website performance.
• Monitor and analyse metrics such as lead volume, quality, conversion rates and ROI.
• Use data insights to optimise campaigns and recommend growth opportunities.
• Oversee external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain CRM and reporting systems (Salesforce preferred) to track performance.
• Coordinate promotions, events and customer‑facing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with sales, operations, and customer care teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Bilingual English/French preferred.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
