Marketing Coordinator – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join Pacific Dream Holdings Ltd. in Vancouver. The role involves creating and executing communication and marketing strategies for a diverse client base, while providing ongoing support after sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and implement communication and marketing strategies and programmes.
• Advise clients on advertising and sales‑promotion tactics.
• Prepare brochures, reports, newsletters and other promotional materials.
• Manage online marketing activities, e‑commerce initiatives and website promotions.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters and other communications.
• Respond to written and oral client inquiries.
• Provide post‑sale consultation and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
• Client‑focused with excellent written communication.
• Strong initiative, judgement, organization and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel as the role involves on‑the‑road activities.
