Marketing Coordinator – Events & Publicity

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead publicity, fundraising and information events for Ramen Danbo in Vancouver. You will create written materials, manage digital databases and support the development of marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
• Prepare and oversee written materials such as reports, briefs, website content, brochures, newsletters and promotional items.
• Conduct market research, design questionnaires and analyse trends to inform strategy.
• Maintain databases of potential franchisees, real‑estate locations and online buy/sell platforms.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff (1‑2 people) and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.

Required profile

• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in communications, public relations or brand management.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, organized and reliable.
• Ability to supervise a small team and work in an urban restaurant environment.
