Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to help tell the story of Canada’s leading founder development organization. You will own day‑to‑day execution of our marketing across social media, email, website, digital campaigns, and events, working closely with every team member.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels, content calendar, and community engagement.
• Create graphics, reels, videos, and written content for multiple platforms.
• Develop and distribute email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the website with news, founder stories, and program information.
• Support SEO, user‑experience improvements, and audience segmentation.
• Ensure consistent brand usage across all materials and templates.
• Track performance metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide insights for optimization.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and assist with the annual Impact Report and Grit Magazine.
