Marketing Associate – British Columbia

About the role

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Director, BC in executing, coordinating and reporting trade marketing activities for AWSM’s wine and spirits portfolio across British Columbia. The role blends analytical, operational and executional tasks, offering hands‑on experience in campaign delivery, data analysis and brand activation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate trade marketing programs and promotional activities across retail and on‑premise channels.
• Prepare and manage campaign materials, digital assets, event logistics and in‑market tastings.
• Collect, analyse and report sales, promotional and brand performance data to support internal reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing support, analytics or sales support.
• Experience in beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods is considered an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical ability using reporting and data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience with CRM or business‑intelligence platforms such as XRM or Power BI.
• Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
