Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

PheedLoop is looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join its Toronto office. Working closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and the broader go‑to‑market team, you will help execute multi‑channel campaigns, generate leads, and shape the company’s story in the fast‑growing event‑technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and customer stories.
• Write copy for marketing collateral such as one‑pagers and case studies.
• Support SEO content creation and keyword planning.
• Assist with paid‑ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms and track performance.
• Maintain HubSpot automation flows, including email sequences and lead nurturing.
• Help update the Webflow website and suggest SEO, CTA, and layout improvements.
• Report on traffic, engagement, and ROI using Google Analytics.
• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketer eager to grow across content, paid media, and analytics.
• Organised, creative and analytical with a passion for B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
