Marketing Advisor (B+H Architects & CHIL Interior Design)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Advisor to join our Vancouver studio and help raise the profile of B+H Architects and CHIL Interior Design. Working closely with the Surbana Jurong global marketing team, you will drive regional and global campaigns that showcase our design expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications campaigns in partnership with the Toronto team, ensuring brand alignment for both B+H Architects and CHIL Interior Design.
• Create high‑quality written content such as case studies, staff biographies, social media posts, brochures, press releases, thought‑leadership articles and conference materials.
• Support business development by providing copywriting, editing and narrative development for major pursuits.
• Act as the primary liaison with the regional PR agency, preparing media materials and monitoring coverage.
• Coordinate project photography, planning shoots and directing on‑site to meet storytelling objectives.
• Maintain and update the studio website, performing SEO optimisation and ensuring consistent digital representation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused professional with experience in marketing communications.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work with studio leadership, sector leads and global marketing colleagues.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
