Market Insights Manager (CA)

About the role

The Market Insights Manager will lead market research and competitive intelligence efforts that shape product, marketing, and go‑to‑market strategies at PointClickCare. This individual contributor role requires continuous monitoring of the healthcare market, building competitor profiles, and delivering actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative studies (in‑depth interviews) and support quantitative research such as surveys, MaxDiff, and pricing studies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from interviews, surveys, industry publications, and AI‑based tools.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Maintain competitive monitoring, develop competitor profiles, and track market trends.
• Provide logistical and analytical support to senior research managers, including drafting guides and managing research files.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on market research experience within the healthcare sector.
• Advanced analytical ability, including statistical modeling and integration of disparate data sources.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or a scientific discipline.
