Manufacturing Support

About the role

Oxygen8 is seeking a Manufacturing Support team member to assist its fast‑growing production operations. The role will start with manual labour and material handling tasks and evolve to provide dedicated support to equipment operators as the plant expands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material handling and pre‑/post‑panel assembly to keep daily production flowing.
• Assist Laser, Brake Press, and Foam Injection operators with loading, unloading, and staging of sheet metal, panels, and finished products.
• Safely operate pump trucks, jib cranes, and other lift devices to move materials throughout the shop.
• Prepare work areas, organize parts, and follow job traveler instructions to support production schedules.
• Ensure parts are handled and staged according to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S methodology.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.
