Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will support and optimise production at our Winnipeg facility. You will improve processes, introduce new products and equipment, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project execution for process improvements and new product introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across equipment, layout, and workflow.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, standards, and work instructions.
• Provide technical expertise for equipment commissioning and operator training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance productivity.
