Manager II – Digital Content Management (Legal)

About the role

We are looking for a Manager II to lead the Digital Content Management function for LexisNexis Canada’s Practical Guidance Litigation portfolio. The role combines legal expertise with digital strategy to deliver AI‑enabled solutions that help Canadian legal professionals work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute content creation and enhancement strategy for litigation practice areas across Canada, including Quebec.
• Oversee development of authoritative legal content and support AI‑driven workflow solutions.
• Align Practical Guidance with primary and secondary legal content to provide an integrated experience in both English and French.
• Manage Quebec‑specific initiatives such as translation, software licensing, and AI considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to ensure content supports customer workflows and business priorities.
• Monitor business, customer and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team focused on quality, innovation and customer value.

Required profile

• Canadian law degree, or a foreign law degree with a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation.
• Legal practice experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian legal market, customer workflows and litigation practice.
