Management Consultant – SMBs (Hybrid, GTA)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Management Consultant to work with small and medium‑sized businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. The role combines remote work with on‑site client visits, helping clients improve sales, strategy, technology adoption and access government funding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, analyse data, design training and identify new sales channels.
- Conduct market research, support business‑plan development, analyse financial dashboards and assist with acquisition target evaluation.
- Assess existing technology, recommend solutions, create AI and automation roadmaps and guide implementation.
- Identify relevant government funding programmes, prepare applications and support clients through approval and execution.
- Build trusted advisory relationships, manage multiple client projects and stay updated on industry trends.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and results‑driven professional.
- Located in the GTA and able to travel to client sites as needed.
- Experience consulting with small and medium‑sized businesses.
