Management Consultant (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, providing expert insights that help shape AI models with real‑world consulting perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic analysis, business transformation guidance, and consulting methodology expertise.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote environments.
• Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client‑ready deliverables.
