Management Consultant – Project Management (Calgary)

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting firm, is expanding its Western Canada team. We are looking for a Management Consultant with strong project‑management experience to lead complex transformation initiatives for high‑profile clients across utilities, IT, oil & gas, and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, scope, success criteria and project strategy.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enablement and AI‑driven transformation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting and project management, preferably in utilities, IT, or oil & gas.
• Solid understanding of industry best practices and business‑technology solutions.
• Hands‑on experience managing complex business processes or technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge of emerging AI capabilities (generative AI, agentic AI) and responsible application.
• Local to Calgary and willing to work in a hybrid environment.
