Management Consultant – IT Risk & Business Continuity

About the role

We are looking for a Management Consultant with deep experience in IT Risk and Business Continuity Planning to advise senior leadership. The role will shape risk frameworks, drive governance, and enhance organizational resilience across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain IT risk management frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, control evaluations and mitigation planning for multiple business units.
• Design and monitor risk KPIs, dashboards and executive‑level reporting.
• Oversee Business Continuity Planning, testing and readiness activities.
• Provide strategic advice on risk exposure, governance and operational resilience to senior managers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to improve risk governance, internal controls and continuity capabilities.
• Research emerging risk methodologies and best practices, and support change initiatives that raise risk maturity.
• Manage project budgets and ensure expenditures stay within approved limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT risk management and business continuity planning.
• Strong analytical ability to develop recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated consulting experience with senior‑level advisory responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $115,672 – $160,649 CAD per year.
• 18‑month fixed‑term contract with full‑time hours (35 hrs/week).
