Management Consultant – Finance Shared Services

About the role

The Finance Shared Services (FSS) team is modernising finance service delivery and seeks a Management Consultant to help shape its future operating model. You will partner with finance leaders, subject‑matter experts and governance bodies to analyse current processes and design tomorrow’s service framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process mapping, current‑state and future‑state analyses, and organisational assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to uncover challenges, opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases, options analyses, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans and benefits‑realisation frameworks.
• Define project scope, objectives, methodologies and success measures for finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic policy analysis and recommendations to senior leaders on governance, organisational effectiveness and service‑delivery optimisation.

Required profile

• Experience working in large, complex finance or shared‑services environments.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements that address organisational design, process improvement and governance enhancement.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
