Maintenance Supervisor – Old Stone Row

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of vendors and the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply ordering and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs safely and according to code.
• Experience handling work orders and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and make‑ready scheduling.
• Attention to detail when inspecting work and ensuring standards are met.
