Maintenance Supervisor – Day Shift

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the A220 commercial aircraft program. The position is based in Mirabel, within the Montreal metropolitan area, and works the day shift. You will lead a team of 15‑25 maintenance employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time aircraft maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership aligned with Airbus vision and values.
• Manage workload, meet strict deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance using key performance indicators.
• Oversee performance of unionized staff and individual productivity.
• Apply problem‑solving processes to resolve operational issues.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering talent growth.
• Identify, document, and standardise critical processes to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
