Maintenance & Marina Attendant (Full-time)

About the role

Oak Bay Marine Group is seeking a full‑time enthusiastic Maintenance and Marina Attendant at our Oak Bay Marina operation. In this role you will ensure outstanding guest experiences in a safe, secure, best‑in‑class environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, embodying the ‘Yes I Can’ core values.
• Maintain cleanliness, upkeep and presentation of grounds, facilities and public washrooms through daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.
• Ensure a safe marina environment and operate equipment according to safety and environmental standards.
• Assist customers with vessel parking, moorage needs and supply requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crew, suppliers and vendors.
• Participate in crew meetings, inventory counts and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience with construction or maintenance is desired.
• Occupational First Aid & CPR Level 1 is an asset.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable working unsupervised and handling basic cash transactions.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Occupational First Aid & CPR Level 1 certification (asset).
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (preferred).
