Maintenance Manager – Equipment Fleet

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee our equipment fleet. The successful candidate will ensure that all machines and services operate safely and efficiently while leading a team of technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor quality standards and functionality of all equipment on a regular basis.
- Identify issues early, coordinate repairs, and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct safety assessments and training sessions for staff.
- Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and implement adjustments to boost efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines, or similar environments.
- Strong critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.
- Proven capability to detect and resolve process inefficiencies.
