Lot Associate – Full‑time Parking Associate

About the role

The Lot Associate ensures that customers leave the store with their purchases safely loaded and the parking area kept clean and welcoming. As the first and last point of contact, you will represent The Home Depot’s commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Load customer orders into vehicles following Safe Loading Training.
• Maintain a tidy, safe parking lot and keep carts available near the entrance.
• Greet, engage, and thank customers using Home Depot’s GET service model.
• Ask open‑ended questions to understand project needs and provide appropriate assistance.
• Keep loading areas clear, sweep debris, and follow all safety and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving merchandise.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
