Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Manager partners with Store Senior Leadership to protect company assets, reduce shrinkage, and safeguard profit margins in a high‑end retail environment. This role leads the strategy, tactical planning, and execution of loss‑prevention programs across a GTA store.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DVP and store leadership to achieve EBITDA targets by decreasing shrink and improving safety.
• Oversee the National Store Audit program and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage the Loss Prevention team, including supervisors, investigators, and audit coordinators.
• Produce and present management reports on identified losses and drive timely resolutions.
• Deliver analytics to support target‑setting, payroll management, and operational audits.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for POS, inventory, cash management, and physical security systems (CCTV, alarm, access control, MPS).
• Prioritize and execute projects, initiatives, and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence store leadership and staff.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
