Logistics Supervisor

About the role

OTI Logistics is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the operational logistics within its transportation division in Brampton. The role involves planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics activities while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize specific logistics plans and organize tasks to meet operational goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, coordinating activities with other departments.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Resolve operational issues, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity improvements.
• Train staff, arrange training sessions, and conduct performance reviews.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Accurate and detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable team player with good judgement.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle up to 9 kg (20 lb) loads.
• Flexibility and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
