Logistics Supervisor – Construction

About the role

Giglio Construction Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of its construction projects in North Vancouver. You will coordinate tasks, manage resources, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize specific logistics plans for construction sites.
• Organise and assign tasks to a team of 3‑4 workers.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and external suppliers.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Maintain computer equipment and machinery, arranging repairs as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Resolve work‑related problems and recommend productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant logistics or construction experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle loads up to 23 kg.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and good judgement.
• Team‑player with reliable and organized work habits.
