Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Group Medical is looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day logistics and distribution operations, acting as the central link between Operations, Warehouse, and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments across multiple carriers, monitor queues, and ensure on‑time dispatch.
• Handle priority, urgent and VIP shipments, track deliveries and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain SOP compliance, update stakeholders on carrier changes, and keep accurate shipment records.
• Prepare logistics performance reports, KPI dashboards and conduct routing analysis to improve transit times and costs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
