Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process for our manufacturing client in London, ON. You will act as the central hub between customers, production, warehouse, carriers, customs brokers and 3PL partners to ensure accurate, on‑time shipments and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with production planning to confirm manufacturing schedules and shipment readiness.
• Arrange freight with carriers, schedule pickups, and manage outbound shipments with warehouse and 3PL teams.
• Prepare and validate shipping, customs and export documentation, and liaise with customs brokers.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolve transportation issues, and maintain proof‑of‑delivery records.
• Support invoicing follow‑up by verifying shipments and supplying required documentation to finance.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in a logistics or supply‑chain environment, preferably within manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 CAD per year.
