Logistics Clerk – Montreal

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Clerk to join Hypertec’s logistics team in Montreal. The successful candidate will support the end‑to‑end shipping process, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, air waybills and bills of lading.
• Enter shipment details into the ERP/logistics system with high accuracy.
• Track shipments, update status reports and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Maintain filing systems for all logistics documentation.
• Assist in preparing customs paperwork and coordinate with warehouse staff for shipment readiness.
• Support freight invoice verification and maintain proof‑of‑delivery records.
• Provide timely shipment updates to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems for logistics operations.
