Local Marketing Consultant – Quebec & English Canada

About the role

We are looking for a Local Marketing Consultant to develop and execute marketing initiatives for our VitroPlus, Docteur du Pare‑Brise and UniglassPlus brands across Quebec and English‑speaking Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Consultant and franchise partners to increase store visibility and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Support shops in implementing local marketing initiatives and present plans, results, and recommendations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
• Draft communications for franchisees and the broader network.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities for new shop openings and monitor post‑opening performance.
• Oversee local digital initiatives, develop campaigns with agencies, and manage SEO/SEM tactics.
• Control local campaign budgets, handle monthly billing, and optimize digital platforms such as websites, Google profiles, and Driven Dash.
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and in‑shop execution, adapting national and provincial campaigns to the local level.

Required profile

• Experience in local or franchise marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and SEM.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with franchise partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to budget management and campaign performance tracking.
