Loader Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Loader Operator to operate a front‑end loader, moving, loading and stockpiling building materials safely and efficiently in our production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front‑end loader to transport and stockpile materials.
• Perform pre‑use inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Maintain consistent material flow to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations and site policies.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify and report equipment issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
