About the role

We are seeking a reliable Loader Operator to safely operate a front‑end loader, loading materials into trucks and hoppers to support our concrete production operations. The role involves maintaining equipment, managing material stockpiles, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front‑end loader safely and efficiently to load materials into trucks and hoppers.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Assist plant operators with general duties and manage material stockpiles.
• Add value‑added products to concrete to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain a tidy yard and plant environment at all times.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment, especially front‑end loaders.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and problem‑solving on site.
• Dependable work ethic with focus in an active industrial setting.
