Live-in Resident Manager for Multi-Family Property

About the role

The Resident Manager lives on‑site and oversees the professional management, administration, and leasing of a Centurion apartment community. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this role ensures the property operates smoothly, meets corporate standards, and provides a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and co‑workers, addressing concerns promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, complaints and fostering a strong community spirit.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations in line with corporate standards and budgets, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring apartments are rent‑ready.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies, execute fire and life‑safety procedures, and oversee essential services.

Required profile

• Effective interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid follow‑up capabilities.
• Physical ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects such as furniture and appliances.
