About the role
We are looking for a motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to lead our St. Albert location. You will ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices and sales workers, assigning duties and managing schedules.
- Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for team members.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication.
- Efficient interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible, organized, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask, make sound judgments, and take initiative.
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads.
