Liquor Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to lead our Edmonton location. You will ensure smooth daily operations, support the sales team and maintain an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of 1‑2 staff members, including apprentices and temporary workers.
• Assign sales duties and create daily/weekly work schedules.
• Manage cash handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising performance and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organise and maintain inventory levels.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 7 months of supervisory or retail experience.
• Ability to work mornings and evenings.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
