Line Cook – Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of a friendly team and to share our passion for beer in a stimulating atmosphere. As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing, setting up and executing customer orders while maintaining the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes ordered on your station in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Set up and maintain different work stations.
• Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Clean your station and participate in overall kitchen cleaning activities.
• Respect health and safety standards established by the company.
• Perform general cleaning during downtime.
• Assist the dishwasher when required.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capability to handle kitchen stress and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency with kitchen tools.
