About the role
Join Steve's 50's Diner as a Line Cook, preparing classic Canadian dishes in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality meals during busy service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Clean kitchen work areas, scour pots and pans, and maintain sanitation standards.
- Stock refrigerators, freezers and salad bars with fresh ingredients.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
- Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware and flatware.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically capable of handling heavy loads, standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Team‑player with reliable, dependable work habits.
