About the role
We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to support our attorneys in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will conduct legal research, draft a variety of documents, and interact directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on case law and statutes.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Prepare case files for court proceedings and hearings.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategies and development.
- Assist with court filings and liaise with external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal practice or a related role.
- Strong legal writing and research abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
