About the role

The Leasing Professional for Avana Evergreen will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing process. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings, and run criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before resident occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets through proactive leasing activities.
