Key responsibilities

• Promote and deliver transformational personal development programs to a global audience.
• Use a simple three‑step marketing system to connect with aligned clients.
• Communicate the value of programs that support purpose, growth, and success.
• Build authentic relationships with team members and clients.
• Guide team members in aligning personal and professional goals.
• Manage your own marketing budget and facilitate new‑member orientations.
• Engage daily in personal mindset and growth practices.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations.
• Organized, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing or related fields.
• Skilled in relationship‑building and empowering listening.
