Learning & Development Manager – Remote Leadership Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to join Leaders Land as a remote Learning & Development Manager and Leadership Development Associate. The role offers flexibility, autonomy and the chance to work with an international community of leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior professionals exploring new career phases and conduct structured discovery conversations.
• Guide qualified candidates through a proven onboarding framework.
• Participate in weekly leadership strategy and mentoring sessions.
• Continue developing personal leadership and business capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning, leadership, or talent development roles such as L&D Manager, Leadership Development Manager, Organizational Development Consultant, Training Manager, Talent Development Manager, People Development Manager, Leadership Coach, or HR Development Specialist.
• Strong ability to build trust, facilitate meaningful conversations and communicate complex ideas clearly.
