Learning and Development Partner

About the role

Livingston is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs. You will shape the leadership and manager effectiveness strategy from the ground up while delivering impactful programs today.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, facilitate, and refine leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
• Redesign existing curricula to improve relevance, scalability, and learner impact.
• Facilitate workshops for emerging leaders, new managers, middle managers, and senior leaders across global locations in virtual environments.
• Define success metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and calculate ROI using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to conduct needs assessments and develop initiatives that meet short‑, medium‑, and long‑term business goals.
• Enhance new‑hire orientation and coach managers to ensure strong onboarding experiences.
• Own the Mentorship program, handling participant matching, expectations, engagement monitoring, and impact measurement.
• Stay current on leadership development trends and act as a thought partner on best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
• Experience managing multiple complex development programs.
• Ability to use data to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Comfortable facilitating at various organizational levels and collaborating with HR business partners and external vendors.
