Lead Designer

About the role

The Lead Designer will combine design expertise with a deep understanding of digital advertising technology to create dynamic, data‑driven ad experiences. Working closely with strategists, creative leads, video producers, developers and media technology teams, you will ensure that all assets are visually engaging, brand‑consistent and performance‑optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality design deliverables while aligning with strategy and media specifications.
• Partner with the creative team to set up campaign templates and oversee production of videos, static images and HTML assets.
• Optimize assets for multiple devices and platforms, adhering to digital best practices, ADA compliance and platform requirements.
• Translate creative concepts into modular, adaptable layouts that enable personalization at scale.
• Implement stakeholder feedback and conduct design quality control before launch.
• Lead and mentor the design and production team, ensuring brand consistency and fresh visual approaches.
• Manage organized files and workflows to support remote collaboration and easy hand‑off to other staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, new tools and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for performance media, CXM and responsive content strategy.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and adapt to changing direction.
• Excellent time‑management skills and a solution‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Firefly.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design.
• Experience creating digital ad assets (videos, static images, HTML) optimized for various platforms.
