Lead Coach (Full-Time)

About the role

The Lead Coach reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for leading a team of coaches at KidStrong, a private child development training centre. You will deliver approximately 25 hours of coaching each week while also overseeing the onboarding, development, and retention of new coaches to ensure a five‑star experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Coach members for 25 hours per week across five working days, including one weekend day.
• Onboard and train new coaches, ensuring mastery of all systems and processes.
• Observe and evaluate coaching candidates, conducting shadow sessions and formal assessments.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to create optimal coach pairings and groupings.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with existing coaches and schedule one‑on‑one development meetings.
• Work with the Area Trainer to coordinate additional evaluations and learning opportunities.
• Provide a world‑class lobby experience during scheduled lobby shifts, engaging with members and parents.
