Laundry Attendant

About the role
Hotel Arts is looking for a full‑time Laundry Attendant to join its Housekeeping Department. You will play a key part in maintaining the availability and quality of all linen used throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest‑room and banquet linens to meet daily par‑level requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks, ensuring only linens in good condition stay in circulation.
- Keep the laundry room organized, clean, and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Assist with laundry delivery using a 2‑ton truck when needed.
Required profile
- Exceptional communication skills.
- 1‑3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning; hotel/resort experience is a plus.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and experience operating a 2‑ton truck (asset for delivery duties).
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Operation of various cleaning equipment.

- Starting wage of $18.50 per hour.
