Labourer - Food and Beverage Processing

About the role
This position is for a labourer working in food and beverage processing. The role is based on‑site and supports a diverse workforce, including newcomers and refugees. Candidates will contribute to daily production activities while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of production line equipment.
- Handle raw materials and finished products according to hygiene protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines.
- Support packaging and labeling tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar labour‑intensive environment.
- Ability to work on‑site (no remote option).
- Proficiency in French; Spanish is considered an asset.
- Openness to supporting newcomers and refugees.
- No prior Canadian work experience required.
