About the role

As a Laboratory Cashier at Jean Coutu, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, phone follow‑ups and restocking displays while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering confidential, empathetic and professional assistance.
• Handle customer requests within the legal limits of the role, always safeguarding the confidentiality of any disclosed information.
• Perform follow‑up phone calls to ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
• Maintain and restock merchandise displays to keep the laboratory area organized and appealing.
