Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our quality standards. The role includes managing hygiene, organization, food quality, and team development to maintain a high‑performing kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and production standards are consistently met.
• Maintain smooth kitchen operations and actively step in where needed.
• Promote food safety by using checklists, monitoring temperatures, and managing storage areas.
• Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory in line with company standards.
• Adhere to recipes, manage waste, and oversee proper sanitation.
• Train staff on health and safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager and support his projects.
